Description of the apartment

Our quiet holiday apartment, furnished in an modern style, sizes 62 sqm and faces south to the garden. It is a non-smoking apartment. For those who cannot miss their passion, however, there is a possibility to smoke at the terrace. The apartment is designed for 2 to 4 persons.

The apartment offers a bedroom, children's room, a cozy living room with a separate corner to dine, bath/WC and a kitchen with hatch to the dining corner.

The living room is equipped with leather couch, seaters and a table, cable TV and a dining corner with large table. From the living room you will pass by a sliding door to the garden.

During warm season there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill at your disposal on the terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, tableware and cutlery.

In the bedroom there is a double bed with two separate feather spring mattresses, 2 sideboards an a big cupboard for your clothing.

At the children's room, two children or adults can sleep in a 1,90 m large bunk bed. For clothing there is also a cupboard stored. A baby cot and a highchair are present as well.

The whole floor in the apartment is laid-out with hygienic laminate tiles. The kitchen and the bath room are covered with tiles.

Your car can be parked at our private car park in front of the house.

In the cellar there is a laundry machine and a dryer for your laundry upon use with coins.
